Teri helped us purchase in Boulder, one of the most competitive markets in the US, during one of the most competitive times to purchase a house - the market was hot. Our second offer was accepted, and she got us seller concessions ($22,500) and though several last-minute things that came up on the loan side and the seller side, the transaction went very smoothly.
